Products with the label "Swiss Premium" are produced according to a traditional Italian recipe from purely natural ingredients: Swiss whole milk, rennet and salt from the Swiss Canton Jura.
In our premium products, we deliberately refrain from using any chemical additives such as citric acid, colouring or preservatives, because pure nature simply tastes better!
Swiss Premium AG1 has been producing mozzarella for the Italian cuisine trade in Switzerland since 1971. Since then only high-quality milk from local Swiss farmers is processed into mozzarella and ricotta. Swiss Premium AG has been certified according to Organic2 , Suisse Garantie3 , IFS3 and BRC3 standards.
